Job description / Role of Customer Service Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for the day to day customer service operations, handling calls of various prospects and managing online booking system
  • Supporting venues in registration processes and answering email/phone inquiries
  • Contributes to the overall business revenue by identifying opportunities to promote products and services to clients
  • Active in engaging both online and offline leads (Space Seekers) and working towards closing as many leads as possible
  • Identifying new & innovative ways of getting more online and offline leads to increase sales
  • Research and identify new venues to partner with and list onto the website

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:

  • Open to Filipino nationality
  • Male/Female, 32 years old and below

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with at least 1 year in telesales
  • Preferred background in the following industries: real estate, online advertising, e-commerce, corporate sales in hotel
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Certificates is an advantage
  • Exceptional customer service and English communication skills
  • Solid organizational and problem solving skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and the ability to understand further program to assist in the day to day operations
  • Ability to multi-task, proactive, confident and with a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail when dealing with suppliers and clients
