Plans the activities of and schedules all food production and food service sanitation employees to maximize productivity while minimizing labor costs to achieve and improve upon budgetary guidelines
Hires, disciplines, and when necessary, recommends termination of food production and foodservice sanitation employees according to venue guidelines and policies
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

Male/Female, 45 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor or Associate Degree in Culinary Arts
Has 3-5 years’ experience in stand-alone restaurant
Has strong experience in managing a kitchen
Extensive knowledge about hygiene and HACCP regulations
Has excellent communication and leadership skills
