Working experience as a customer service executive in the same field or related for a period of 1 to 2 years.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Applicants should have a good computer skills to be able to use word and excel applications.
Ability to multi task,prioritize and manage time effectively.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Having strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
