Key Responsibilities:
Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
Maintain professional relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborating with project management to prepare for project review meetings.
Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.

Key Requirements:
Degree or diploma in any discipline.
Should have at least 2 years work experience in similar role.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
Excellent in computer skills.
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
