Working experience as an executive secretary in the same field or related for a period of 2 to 5 years.
Applicants should have a bachelors degree or related to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications like word and excel.
Having a good typing speed equivalent to 60 – 65 WPM.
Good written and verbal communication skills to help ease communication.

Coordinating arrangements,meetings and conferences as assigned.
Compiling,proofreading and revising drafts of documents and reports.
Managing busy calendars, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
Answering and screening telephone calls and responding to emails,messages and other correspondence.
Creating and organizing information and generate reference tools for easy use.
