Salary is AED 1001-2000.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Working experience in the same field or related for a period of 2 years.
Good communication skills both verbal and written with English and also flare customer service.
Applicants should have an under graduate to apply for the vacancy.
Good computer skills to be able to use word and excel applications.
Candidates should have husbands visa to apply for the vacancy.
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems.
Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.).
Greeting and assisting visitors when they arrive at the office.
Monitoring office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.).
Performing basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system.
