– Credit limit management and monitoring of each Authorized Ticket Reseller; – Assist in reviewing and checking of reseller agreements; – Reconciliation of Ticket Reports and Payment Gateway; settlement reports; – Ensures invoices are posted correctly in the system; – Liaising with end user departments on the delivery of the Invoices, and invoice dispute settlement; – Generating of invoices and account statements to send out to resellers; – Monitoring of bank receipts and collection; – Recording and posting of receipts in the system; – Sending out receipt vouchers to resellers; – Maintenance and monitoring of reseller ledgers.
Skills
2+ years of experience in Ticketing and e-commerce within Events industry;
– Bachelor’s degree within a relevant field (Major in Accounting);
– Advanced Excel skills;
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary;
– Able to manage change and cope with complex and ambiguous tasks.
