Storekeeper Job Opening. Currently we are looking for Storekeeper for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties :
Complete store administration and ensure its compliance with standard policies and procedures.
Monitor stock levels in order to highlight minimum and excess levels and therefore prevent parts/stocks shortages.
Managing a proficient receiving and checking control in the warehouse and a best practice of storage.
Prepare monthly closing stock & insure from not found any pending issue.
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to warehouse status.
Supervise and direct warehouse staff.
Track and account for all incoming and outgoing products, and Plan coordinate and monitor the receipt.
Confirm proper and timely delivery to employees and projects.
Improve warehouse work processes through strategic planning in order to create a more efficient fulfillment system.
Manage and follow up workshop team, and control all tools under maintenance.
Coordinating with material & assets coordinator, stock controller and procurement team.
Qualifications and requirements :
The candidate must have excellent communication skills: English & Arabic is an advantage
The candidate shall have no less than 2-4 Years experience as Storekeeper
At least a high school diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
Work experience certificate from the past employer with the same or similar field.
