Position Title: Fashion Retail Salesman/Saleslady

The role: Working for one of our many fashion brands you will work as an individual and as part of a team to provide customers with a complete service and an enjoyable shopping experience in order to maximise sales. You will also ensure that the brand is represented at the required standards, you have up-to-date product knowledge and that stock loss risks are minimised.

Greet all customers promptly and courteously upon entering the stores
Direct customer throughout the store or specific areas
Satisfy the customers needs, requests & queries
Increase the customer base by adding more customers to the store
Understand the return policy
Maintain a positive & cheerful attitude and cooperate with colleagues
Apply all customer service standards as advised during training
At least 2-3 years of retail sales / fashion retail experience,
Age not more 35 Years
Applicant Must be based in UAE
Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity
Strong knowledge of the luxury industry with fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting, and perform all functions as set forth above
Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job, including phone systems, cash register, sensor-tag remover, and all other office equipment.
Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills
Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
Prior retail sales experience, preferably in a Men’s Wears
Fluency in one or more foreign languages a plus; computer literacy a must
