Job Description
Charterhouse is working with a modern property development company who is looking to hire two Receptionists to join their organisation. In this role you will be reporting to the Community Manager and will be expected to be the first point of contact for all visitors and clients.
Your main responsibilities will be greeting all guests, managing and updating the membership system, monitoring all bookings and providing orientations and tours where required. You will be involved in supporting any events that are held on site and you will also promote any service offerings or incentives which the company runs in-order to encourage further growth of the business.
Skills
The successful candidate should have previous Front of House or Receptionist experience. You should be a natural communicator, proactive and have great problem solving skills. You should also be positive and approachable, maintaining a professional attitude at all times.
Please note; this role would run over a six day working week.
