- Promote the company on social media.
• At least 1-5 years of relevant experience in Customer Service Officer. • Well presentable, well-groomed and punctual • Strong sales and negotiation skills with motivation to overachieve and build a successful career. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients • Willingness to go the extra mile • Highly self-motivated, with an enthusiastic and proactive approach to her work. • Hard-working & dynamic • Ability to join as soon as possible • Arabic Speaker (Females) • Emirati nationality, GCC or Sons of UAE Nationals or Yamen. • Must be able to work as part of a team and independently. • Provide great customer service to existing and new clients. • Think outside the box and bring new initiatives to ensure maximum client satisfaction levels. • Strong customer focus and excellent verbal, written and Microsoft Office skills.
- Fluency in English
- Promoting BENEFITS projects/ events/ promotions and Leads collection through different stand locations.
- Fully understand upcoming promotions and prices.
- Have in-depth knowledge of products.
- Support colleagues when necessary.
- Be organized in regards to follow-ups and organization.
- Report issues on a stand when they arise in a timely manner.
