The purpose of the Customer Services Administrator is delivering impeccable service to our clients through day to day administration.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Vacancy – Customer Services Administrator at CPL Dubai

    • Enter sales orders onto the AX system
    • Responding to clients in a timely, professional and satisfactory manner
    • Act as a liaison between various internal departments like production, sales team/ sales coordinators and shipping department to ensure customer orders are executed smoothly
    • Keeping the customers informed on the status of their orders – changes to arrival date, raw material delays or shipping delays etc…
    • Raise customer complaints as and when required.
    • Adhere to group and local health, safety, environmental & quality procedures

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED

Vacancy – Customer Services Administrator at CPL Dubai

  • Read, Write & Speak good English – Essential
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively with attention to detail
  • Good time management and friendly / helpful attitude
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is an added advantage
  • Team player
  • Previous experience in a customer services role would be beneficial
