Job Summary: Looking for a Receptionist/ General Admin in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
Welcome and assist visitors as required
Sort phone calls and route callers to the appropriate personnel
Preserve a clean and tidy reception area as well as all the offices
Offer scheduling support through booking appointments
Respond to telephone calls promptly, sort and forward calls appropriately
Offer general administrative support in the office
Manage administrative requests as well as queries from senior managers
Offer support to administration manager on daily operations
Serve as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or its equivalent
Practical experience in the same or related role
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Expertise in the use of computer applications i.e. MS Office Word, Excel and internet
Good phone or customer service skills
Should have the right work attitude
Must be proactive and highly organized
