Description:

Professional, mature, presentable office admin with drive and initiative and excellent communication skills with UAE experience to provide administrative and office support to the UITP MENA Office. Main duties include:
– Maintain and organize all office records (paper and electronic): correspondence, HR, contracts, and finance
– Process staff and office expenses and follow up on payments and renewals
– Maintain office supplies and work with vendors
– Assist in events including, preparation, travel and logistics, and on-site support.
Candidates must have
– familiarity with day to day office functions and activities, including UAE work rules
– Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to details
– Professional work ethics and code of conduct and ability to adapt to multi-national environment
– Microsoft Office proficiency
– English language, Arabic and French preferred
