Job Key Details:
Offer and maintain current understanding of industry best practices and technology trends
Make sure calls are answered promptly
Confirm reservations for passengers, issue tickets and quote the correct fares to minimize passenger complaints
Communicate the fares, policies as well as procedures to passengers
Document and process reservations made through the phone or e-mail
Make efforts to respond to requests immediately
Job Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors Degree in any business related course
At least 1-2 years of experience in the same role required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Candidates with an accounting background will be considered first
Expertise in creating and managing an effective filing system
Previous experience in airline ticketing and reservation
Expertise in Ms Office suite
