Deal directly with customers by telephone.
Records customer inquiries.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Making appointments and scheduling.
Calling to confirm appointments for the next day.
Must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
Should have elevant working experience.
Having a good command of English.
Good communication skills.
Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
