Hiring an operations coordinator for Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with drivers and customers department for deliveries arrangement.
To ensure delivery schedule of trucks for loading/unloading are fullfilled on time based on customer orders without discrepancy.
Handle administrative work and filing.
To communicate effectively with client and responding to their requirements.
Perform other ad-hoc assigment instructed by superior from time to time.
Prepare monthly report as required.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor degree.
Minimum With At Least two Year Working Experience.
Good knowledge in Ms Word and Excel.
Basic Computer knowledge.
