Admin Assistant

provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
perform data entry and scan documents
manage calendar for Managing Director
assist in resolving any administrative problems
run company’s errands to post office and office supply store
answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
maintain office supplies for department

Store Keeper

Operate and maintain DEMC facility and associated equipment in accordance with all applicable EPA and other government regulations.
Responsible for receiving, issuing, and shipping of failed and repaired electrical equipment.
Generate manifests when needed for shipping of failed electrical equipment, including material > 500 PPM.
Responsible for maintaining inventory levels on material and equipment in ETS and SAP.
Verify PCB results of failed electrical equipment. This will be accomplished in various ways, either through research of the database (ETS) or through pulling a sample to have an EPA approved lab conduct a GC analysis to confirm.
Pull oil samples from equipment to verify PCB levels.
Data input as needed to track oil filled equipment.
Operate equipment necessary to perform the loading and unloading of failed/refurbished equipment.
Prepare equipment for disposal. This can include the pumping of mineral oil, removing bushings, and other parts as needed. This will involve the use of various hand tools, winches, cranes, torches and other misc. tools as needed.
Assist Journeyman in equipment repairs. This can include sanding and painting equipment.
Order parts when needed, including input of requisitions when applicable.
Document and provide information to Standards group and I/R for invoicing of warranty claims and quarterly spreadsheet reporting.
Schedule and contact the appropriate vendor when a load needs to be picked up.
Coordinate the shipping of good order equipment to the various Hubs.
Clean and organize shipping containers and when needed, dispose of them in compliance of EPA regulations and established company policies.
Ensure compliance with established EMS plan.
