Job Duties :
Compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities of establishment, performing variety of following or similar clerical duties and utilizing knowledge of systems or procedures
Copies data and compiles records and reports
Manage phone calls and correspondence e-mail, letters, packages etc.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Qualifications and requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma holder
Min. of 2 years of experience as an Office Admin, preferably from the salon industry
UAE experience is an added advantage
Proficient in MS Office
Hands-on experience with office equipment
Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
