Job Key Details:
Manage and fill confidential information or documents
Manage office files and maintain an effective filing system
Organize appointments as well as reservations for the office staff
Handle all typing duties in the office
Preserve high standards of cleanliness or hygiene within the office
Collect, sort, register and distribute incoming mails
Carry out any other duties as may be assigned
Job Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Office Management
At least 2 years of experience in the same role required
Must be female on husband visa
