Job Key Details:
Welcome all clients in a friendly and professional way
Respond to a high volume of phone calls from the clients
Plan services in person and over the phone
Provide information to clients on services offered by the center
Reply to client questions and offer resolutions
Maintain the area cleanliness and organization
Any other related task as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Proven experience in as a receptionist or similar role required
Must be a good communicator with a positive attitude
Must be able to multi task and manage time effectively
Good customer service skills required
Computer knowledge is essential
Must be presentable and good looking
