ADMIN/ OFFICE COORDINATOR
(CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY)

Qualifications :
• Female ANY NATIONALITY CAN APPLY
• 23 up to 35 years old
• Dubai Based
• IT (Information Technology) related graduate or ANY RELATED
• Bachelor Degree (Certificates authenticated by UAE must be)
• Knowledge in Accounts (Basic Accounting)
• Knowledge in Handling Office Coordination / Administration
• Knowledge in Autocad (Basic or Intermediate or Advanced)
• Answering phones/email, maintaining office supplies, scheduling team and appointments.
• Attend company meetings and take notes, keep minutes, etc.
• Performs various clerical tasks (file papers, encode bills, assisting purchasement) maintain vendor/client relationships
• Prepare Quotations and Invoices requested by client.
