Obtaining competitive proposals from minimum three approved/prequalified vendors as per the approved product specifications.
Effectively negotiate the commercial terms and deliverables and provide fare chance to every bidder to submit their final proposals.
Preparing the LPO as per the approved Purchase Request is workflow incorporating all deliverable terms, warranty details if any, insurance coverage if applicable, payment terms & other relevant terms applicable.
To handle vendor, user department and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report complaints & problems to superiors if no immediate solution can be found for assistance.

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management.
Minimum 1-2 years work experience in Procurement department.
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
