Job Details:

  • Supervise office staff.
  • Design and implement office policies.
  • Assign and monitor clerical and secretarial functions.
  • Establish and organize office operations and procedures.
  • Prepare time sheets and control correspondences.
  • Design filing systems and ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date.
  • Record office expenditure and managing the budget.
  • Ensure protection and security of files and records.
  • Holding meetings with senior management to review performance.
  • Involvement in management discussions on organization’s policies and strategic development.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder.
  • Minimum of three Years’ experience in administration field.
