Are you aware that the role is responsible for managing the first impressions of our guests and therefore, must oversee the entire guest experience operations to maintain the highest standards of service and promote the brand and its outlets. Are you able to assist the Front Office Management Team with the tasks related to Arrival & Departure, overview the pre-arrival communication, the amenities preparation and the welcome experience? Do you have a previous experience in supervising the team and driving guest satisfaction, upselling and other initiatives? Can you be the Ambassador of the Guest Loyalty Program, drive guest recognition and preferences programs?
If you have answered yes to all of our questions above, you might be our Nikki fit for this role. At least 1 year previous experience on a similar position being exposed to Front Office, Guest Relations and having acquired supervisory skills. Effective communication, creativity, problem solving skills and a pleasant personality are a must. The candidate is expected to possess excellent verbal and written English language skills, knowledge of any other foreign language/s will be a plus.
