One of our client looking for Secretary

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide personal assistance to the Project Manager on day to day needs
  • Provide a wide variety of administrative support
  • Prepare and compose email correspondence, and reports as required
  • Maintain departmental daily operational workflow, including coordinating responses to both internal and external inquiries and requests
  • Manage office related ordering
  • Qualifications / Knowledge & Skills:
  • 2+ years’ experience as an Office Coordinator, Secretary and/or a related role
  • Experience in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proactive and excellent organization skills; always one step ahead
  • Strong sense of confidence and discretion with confidentiality
  • Solution oriented with ability to think on the spot and solve problems efficiently
  • Ability to work with purpose and a sense of urgency
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Self-motivated, and you’re able to work under minimal supervision.
