One of our client looking for Secretary
Responsibilities include:
- Provide personal assistance to the Project Manager on day to day needs
- Provide a wide variety of administrative support
- Prepare and compose email correspondence, and reports as required
- Maintain departmental daily operational workflow, including coordinating responses to both internal and external inquiries and requests
- Manage office related ordering
- Qualifications / Knowledge & Skills:
- 2+ years’ experience as an Office Coordinator, Secretary and/or a related role
- Experience in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proactive and excellent organization skills; always one step ahead
- Strong sense of confidence and discretion with confidentiality
- Solution oriented with ability to think on the spot and solve problems efficiently
- Ability to work with purpose and a sense of urgency
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up
- Exceptional time management skills
- Self-motivated, and you’re able to work under minimal supervision.
