Job Key Details:
Attend to clients issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Generate more business from existing clients
Check the database and make contact with the clients
Develop and maintain a current clientele database
Carry out online service surveys on existing clients
Stay up to date on competitor activities and suggest any necessary tactical action

Job Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors Degree in any business related course
Proven experience in the same or similar position required
Positive attitude with good customer service skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills
