Working experience of 1 to 2 years in this same line of work is needed.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcoming guests or customers and handling their needs.
Responsible for managing phone calls and correspondence such as emails and others.
Should also track office supplies and make requisitions where necessary.
Maintaining, updating and ensuring safety of records and other relevant information.
