Job Duties :
Manage projects including Operations conference, off-site meetings, quarterly business reviews with vendors, etc.
Conserve executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents
collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications, as appropriate.
Arrange travel, accommodations, agenda and itinerary distribution.
Reconcile charges and prepare expense reports for executives and authorize payment of invoices.
Manage executive communication, including answering phones and relaying messages, professionally greeting visitors, managing incoming and outgoing mail, expense reporting, etc.
Qualifications and requirements :
Well versed in MS Office.
Five years experience in the same field.
Good communication skills in English.
Be a smart and presentable person.
