OFFICE ADMIN IN UAE Esquire Enterprises - Dubai

We are hiring eligible candidates for the post of an Office Admin in Dubai. Candidates who are interested can send resume.

Job Details:

  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments/vendor’s etc. for the upper management.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Support budgeting and procurement for facilities.
  • Manage facilities and maintain any thing damaged as and when in need.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder.
  • Proven experience as an office admin or relevant role.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
