We are hiring eligible candidates for the post of an Office Admin in Dubai. Candidates who are interested can send resume.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments/vendor’s etc. for the upper management.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Support budgeting and procurement for facilities.
- Manage facilities and maintain any thing damaged as and when in need.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Bachelor degree holder.
- Proven experience as an office admin or relevant role.
- Familiarity with office management procedures.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
