Job Summary: Looking for an Office Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
Ensure standard office practices and routine procedures are conducted effectively
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence relating to the office and record each correspondence
Maintain proper filing and effective record keeping of all mails coming to the office
Make sure the office runs effectively and efficiently
Keep up a diary of the office activities, schedule appointments, sort calls and maintain a good image of the office
Maintain an effective fling system
Manage the work-flow in the office
Maintain high standards of office tidiness

Job Qualifications and Experience

Should hold a relevant university Degree or Diploma
At least 1+ years of experience working as a secretary or similar role
Should be highly proficient in Microsoft office systems
Ability to work perfectly under strict deadlines and pressure
Must be a good communicator
Good typing and report writing skills
The suitable candidate must be male Indian
Good time management abilities required
