- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Check, sort and forward emails.
- Monitor office expenses and costs.
- Keep updated records and files.
- High school Diploma.
- Candidates with two to three years experience in the same position.
- Able to build relationships and communicate at all organizational levels (internally and externally).
- Able to display flexibility and manage stress and pressure.
- Professionally presented.
- Computer knowledge.
