SECRETARY -Al Ghazi - Dubai
Hiring a Secretary for Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
To administer incoming letters, e-mail or facsimile communications for and on behalf of MD.
Manage MD daily schedule and calendar, and remind him of important events in advance.
Assist in communicating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the travel itinerary of MD including restaurant reservations, transportation, flight and hotel bookings, etc.
Plan, schedule and manage meetings, appointments and interviews.
Assist MD in managing daily affairs of the company.
Perform minutes taking and ensure accurate and timely distribution of minutes to all attendees of meeting.
Support in the preparation of all meeting agendas and meeting materials.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder.
Previous experience as a secretary.
Self-initiated, well organized, service and result orientated.
Excellent command of English communication (Oral and Written).
Able to multi-task, resourceful and able to handle pressure.
Must be meticulous with positive work attitude.
