Hiring a Team Assistant for Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide calendar management, expense processing and travel coordination both domestic and international.
Take ownership of the support functions for department.
Proactively anticipate the needs of the Executives that you support.
Collaborate with other Team Assistants and Executives across multiple teams internally, to coordinate meetings.

Key Requirements:
Degree / Diploma.
Ability to analyse information and understand information as it relates to ongoing work/team projects
Proficiency in MS Pack Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Highly effective organizational and decision-making skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills
Strong ability to be concise & and clear in note writing.
Excellent interpersonal skills, effective verbal, listening and written communication skills.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
