ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for sorting, filing, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents.
Preparing and distributing reports and documents to staff and guest if necessary.
To enter data, print, photocopy, scan and file company reports and documents.
Ensuring confidentiality and integrity of company records.
Responsible for creating templates for future use.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have fast typing speed.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team as well.
The candidate should have relevant experience as a document controller.
BENEFITS
