We are looking for an Office Assistant to fill the position in Dubai. Candidates who are interested can send resume.
- Manage and screen phone calls.
- Manage the reception area, be a welcoming face to clients and visitors, and liaise with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Manage employee travel expenses.
- Collaborate in travel reservation management.
- Coordinate office maintenance (including meeting rooms and the kitchen).
- Provide support for administrative tasks.
- Manage small purchases.
- High School Diploma.
- At least two years of previous experience working as an office assistant.
- A proactive attitude, problem solving skills and pragmatic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
