We’re looking for a Strategic Partner Manager to join team Snap! You will help us continue growing our content partnerships in MENA and India as a member of the Content, Business and Operations team. Working from our Dubai office, you will drive decisions while working closely across functions of our organization to deliver on Key Results. The role comes with significant autonomy and requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication, presentation, relationship management and project management skills.

Snapchat’s content partners play an important role in entertaining and informing our global users. As these partners grow and develop so do their needs. We are looking for an individual who can guide partners in their success while also establishing best in class operations for partner management in various content markets. The role involves a significant degree of working across functions and partnering with internal stakeholders. The successful candidate must have a passion for Snapchat, our users and Content.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the face of Snap to strategic partners in your respective markets, demonstrating knowledge and expertise across all facets of partnership
  • Be a thought leader who can authoritatively represent the Snap in market amongst agencies and industry leaders
  • Advise partners, helping them to create best-in-class content experiences
  • Execute on partnership business plans that create value and conduct business reviews to track progress
  • Manage relationships with partner stakeholders
  • Understand partners’ priorities and advocate internally on their behalf
  • Represent your markets internally, identifying trends, raising barriers and ensuring our strategy is capitalizing on market opportunities
  • Drive partner product adoption by introducing winning value propositions for new features and products to partners
  • Track and analyze platform and partner health metrics, driving positive ROI
  • Optimize process and always look for ways to work smarter
  • Contribute to our content development and storytelling efforts (i.e. partner summits, partner hub, product newsletter, partner blog, and case studies)
  • Collaborate with key cross-functional teams and senior leaders often, influencing change, and prioritizing needs in order to meet the needs of partners and deliver value
  • Project manage multiple cross-functional initiatives and setting and keeping others accountable to deadlines
  • Work closely with legal to ensure all external materials are within policy
  • As Snap gains traction in India, the scope of the role will likely focus more on MENA over time

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Deep understanding of the content landscape across the regions
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Team player, experienced at improving workflows and optimization
  • Ability to thrive in uncertainty
  • Communicates and presents to an audience clearly and effectively in English and Arabic
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
