We are looking for an experienced candidates for the post of a Receptionist in Dubai. Candidate who are interested can apply.
- Answering calls, handling queries and notifying required parties.
- Meeting and greeting guests and visitors.
- Management of meeting rooms – including all booking inquiries and changes.
- Ordering and stock management of office and employee supplies as and when requested, and submitting invoices to finance.
- Arranging F & B for meeting room major events.
- Keep contact list upto date.
- Create office access cards for new joiners/guests.
- Handle shipments and deliveries to and from countries.
- Arrange Business cards for employees.
- Bachelor degree holder.
- Three years of full-time professional experience in the related field.
- Good in English both written and verbal.
