During your tenure as an Assistant Manager in Deloitte Forensics FSRA you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
  • Extensive knowledge of AML and sanctions laws and regulations in the GCC as well as background in internal controls, risk management, and leading guidelines and practices.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with new trends and technologies related to financial crime control.
  • Ability to review regulatory requirements and analyse information to develop testing methodology and implementation plans to continually learn and improve service delivery.
  • Ability to apply technical knowledge, such as analytical judgment skills and critical thinking.
  • Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision and guide junior team members accordingly.
  • Ability to quickly understand varying financial products and services and how they may be exploited for financial crime activities and identify red flags and vulnerabilities.
  • Problem solving skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and establish collaborative relationships with business partners
  • Effective project management and teamwork skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Manages to deadlines to help team stay on track during a transaction, adapting to changing priorities as they arise
  • Works closely with clients to understand the business and the facts of the case, as well as to gather relevant information

  • Master’s degree in finance or any related field
  • 5 -7 years of experience in financial advisory preferably with Big Audit Firms.
  • Professional certifications preferred (i.e. ACAMS certification, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner)
  • Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Supervise staff, inspect client financial records, compile and analyze data, prepare detailed reports and research issues.
  • Fluency in English. Preference will be given to Bilingual candidates (English/Arabic)
