Pandora Emerging Markets is currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Distributors Markets to cover a maternity leave (7 months) in ME & Africa based in Dubai.

ROLE PURPOSE

This role will be responsible for revenue of distributor markets within the Middle East and Africa region. This is to be achieved through high standards of leadership, relationship management, visual merchandising and retail operations.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES

  • Lead Distributor Partners to maximize sales through high standards of operational execution
  • Executing planned sales budgets and maximizing sales potential of Distributor Partners
  • Achieve sales targets as set by Company
  • Encouraging and supervising Partners during process of ordering;
  • Monitoring level of orders realization in cooperation with Logistics and Operational Department
  • Partner analysis: orders, sales, collection, payments
  • Participating in yearly budget planning
  • Driving achievement of all agreed KPI’s through regular review and action planning
  • Preparing sales vs. budget reports on monthly basis and communicating to the Superio

STOCK

    • Educate Distributor Partner on the importance of stock management
    • Educate and show Distributor Partners how to check top sellers, new stock and basics to ensure sales are maximized through stock management
    • Educate and show Distributor Partners how to identify older inventory and develop selling tactics to clear this stock

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Build and maintain close and trustful cooperation with Distributor Partners.
  • Participate in development of sales programs, promotions, actions etc. in cooperation with Marketing and other departments in the company, with the aim to increase sales, brand awareness and distribution
  • Participate in project development and implementation on Distributor markets
  • Provide feedback to Distributor Partner Brand Managers on the VM in the store or launch of new campaigns.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING

  • Provide feedback to Distributor Partner Brand Managers on the VM in the store or launch of new campaigns.
  • Ensure that PANDORA brand is optimally represented, with high brand standards and a long-term commitment to profitable sales in all point of sales

ADMINISTRATION

  • Assist in creation or changes of the customer accounts (Master data).
  • Manage and supervising all documentation flow between Distributor Partners and Company.
  • Handle all business issues related to Distributor Partners.
  • Develop and implementing required procedures and standards.

OTHER

  • Cooperate effectively with all departments in the Company
  • Develop her/his own knowledge and competencies,
  • Fulfill work-related tasks delegated by the superior

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

University Degree Professional

LANGUAGE SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

English (Advanced) – Verbal and Written

COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Advanced understanding of Excel tools is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-year experience in a Regional Sales Manager role (Preferably) within the field of branded jewelry, fashion or accessories, retail.
  • Experience and skill around forecasting, budgeting and reporting
  • Being competent in handling financial figures
