Customer Service Representative Jumble UAE - Dubai

The job holder is responsible for providing excellent service to guests/players. He/she will work with other CSRs and report to the Team Leader and Unit Supervisor.

Operational Standards and Management

Welcome guests to the park, understand their requirements and direct them as needed
Assist in the registration process to ensure smooth operations and experience
Conduct briefings as per the SOP
Run or assist in group bookings such as corporate, birthday parties and school trip events
Assist the technical team to conduct game tests prior to the park opening and during operations if needed
Communicate with the rest of the team to ensure that everyone is updated on any new developments/needs
Monitor the status of games, ensuring that teams are diverted to games that are available
Assist in capacity management by keeping the operations team updated on the number of teams and availability of games
Guide and entertain teams in the corridor to ensure that players have a great time
Comply with the company’s Customer Service standards
Comply with the company’s dress code
Know the daily sales targets
Assist in reaching sales targets by informing guests of retail items, events, promotions, birthday party packages and corporate offers.
Timely filling of the checklist of the area of responsibility
Be alert and monitor the safety and cleanliness of the area under his/her responsibility
Comply with the Cashiering, Health & Safety and Operations SOPs
Ensure clear and efficient communication with the technical team to ensure that all games are safe and functioning properly
Be proactive in reporting any unusual behaviour by games or guests to ensure the safety of all
Collect feedback from guests and share it with the Team Leader and Outlet in Charge
Coordinate with the Team Leader and Outlet in Charge to ensure a high standard of guest experience.
Handle customer complaints or hand over/report to the Floor Supervisor on duty
Ensure that all safety rules and regulations are being adhered to and enforced at all times

Basic Qualifications:
Hotel Management Graduate/ Retail Hospitality Management/ entertainment
1 Years in Leisure / Retail / Hospitality Industry preferably with Multi site management experience.
Advanced knowledge of entertainment/leisure services/processes
Outgoing and enthusiastic
Playful and confident personality
Results orientated
Enjoys teamwork & collaboration
Excellent communication skills in English. Any other language is a plus
Good analytical skills
Excellent comprehension skills
Planning and organising skills
Knowledge of retail processes
Customer service orientation
