Job Summary: Looking for an Office Admin/ Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
Manage office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Oversee administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Handle agendas, travel arrangements as well as appointments
Keep up office records including records of all office expenses
Handle phone calls and correspondence for example e-mail, letters, packages etc
Prepare and update records as well as databases with personnel, financial and other data
Present timely reports and prepare presentations or proposals as assigned
Contribute to budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages as well as deliveries
Handle daily inquiry sheets in given forms or formats

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or its equivalent
Practical experience in the same field required
Good communication and interpersonal skills required
Expertise in Ms Office suite with excellent typing skills
Should be organized and a good time manager
