OFFICE ADMIN IN UAE -Esquire Enterprises

We are looking for a suitable candidate for the post of an Office Admin in Dubai. Applicants who are interested can send resume.

Job Details:

  • Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems.
  • Providing personal assistance primarily for the Managing Director.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Managing and maintaining schedule, travel, diary for the MD.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies.
  • Review and approve office supply acquisitions.
  • Organizing and managing company events.
  • Preparing high level presentations, business reports and statements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder.
  • Three years of Office Administration experience.
  • Excellent administrative and MS Office skills.
  • Excellent English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures.
