- Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems.
- Providing personal assistance primarily for the Managing Director.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Managing and maintaining schedule, travel, diary for the MD.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Partner with HR to maintain office policies.
- Review and approve office supply acquisitions.
- Organizing and managing company events.
- Preparing high level presentations, business reports and statements.
- Bachelor degree holder.
- Three years of Office Administration experience.
- Excellent administrative and MS Office skills.
- Excellent English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to details.
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures.
