Job Summary: Looking for an Office Admin in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
Manage office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Oversee administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure performance
Develop and update records as well as databases with personnel, financial as well as other data
Attend to phone calls and correspondence in the office
Manage the flow of paperwork in the office
Monitor stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Present timely reports and prepare presentations as required
Conduct any other related task or duty as may be assigned

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline
At least 1 year of experience in the same field required
Should be able to handle multiple assignments concurrently
Must be well organized and self-disciplined
Ability to work well in a fast paced environment required
Expertise in Ms Office suite required
Ability to pay attention to details required
