ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Answering all incoming calls.

To identify and assess customer needs.

Generating sales leads.

To handle customer complaints.

Keeping records of customer interactions,process customer accounts and file documents.

To follow communication procedures,guidelines and policies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Holds a bachelor degree in business Administration,IT or related discipline.

Should have minimum 3 years experience as a client service representative.

Attention to detail.

Excellent customer care skills.

Strong problem solving skills.
