Job Summary: Looking for an Office Administrator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
Oversee administrative staff and share responsibilities to ensure performance
Prepare and update records as well as databases
Attend to phone calls and correspondence
Manage office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Monitor stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Present timely reports and prepare presentations
Conduct clerical duties for example answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
At least 1+ years of experience in the same or similar position
Good organizational and leadership skills
Must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Should be able to multi-task and work under pressure
Must be familiar with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Good problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of MS Office Packages and office management software
Must have good command of the English language
