Should have previous experience as a document controller or a similar role.
Should be familiarity with project management.
Hands-on experience with Ms Office applicants most especially Ms Excel.
Strong knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
Should have proficient and fast typing and editing skills.
Data organization skills with attention to detail.
The candidate should be available and willing to join immediately.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Should carry out duties such as copying, scanning and storing documents.
Ensuring accuracy of files such as contracts.
Reviewing and updating technical documents for example manuals and work-flows.
Distributing project-related copies to internal teams.
Filing documents in physical and digital records.
Responsible for creating templates for future use.
Retrieving files as requested by employees and clients.
Managing the flow of documentation within the organization.
Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive documents.
