Position Summary
To manage the day-to-day operations within the Customer.
A day in the life of…
  • Build Relationship and Trust with the Customer
  • Maintain the contacts with the customer either by being based or in remote (telcos & spot visits), with or without access to the Customer’s systems
  • Understand the Customer’s KPIs and the way of measuring them
  • Review the KPI at defined frequency
  • Deliver actions to respond/eliminate operational issues
  • Ensure availability of Products by Ensuring a Perfect Order Cycle with the Customer
  • Develop joint projects and activities to Close the GAP (Master data Alignment, Inventory, Replenishment, Freshness, etc.)
  • Facilitate timely deliveries and no outstanding payments through orders follow-up
  • Support performance excellence with the Customer
  • Deliver supply chain excellence by implementing continuous improvement projects and routines
  • Contribute the acquired insight to develop SKUs and packaging which fit the Customer’s expectations
What will make you successful
  • Minimum 2 years of experience within Supply Chain facing customers
  • Proficiency in SAP Supply Chain would be considered a plus
  • Exposure within Sales and / or Retail Account would be beneficial
  • Preferably FMCG background
  • Sound experience in data analysis and basic project management knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Service Oriented
  • Good organization, task and time management skills
