A full time female Office Admin/receptionist urgently wanted in a Dubai based Real estate company.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary.

To prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.

Supporting and facilitating the completion of regular reports.

Responsible for developing and maintaining a filing system.

To frequently check the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Preferred female candidates.

Must be having minimum 2 years experience in the same or related discipline.

Able to operate office equipment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
