Should have previous experience in selling IT and security peripherals in e-commerce and other B2B or B2C online portals in the UAE.
Working experience of a minimum 1 to 2 years in similar business.
Good knowledge of graphic designing preferred.
Excellent computer skills with the ability to effectively use Internet applications and other basic computer applications.
Strong product knowledge is needed.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining and updating the product and customer database.
Handling any customer inquires and complaints.
Resolving order and inventory problems by investigating data and history.
Keeping track of orders and ensuring that they are delivered.
Acquiring feedback from customers and make the necessary improvements.
